MAIA PALAGI, D.D.S.

Dr. Palagi is a highly professional and caring dentist, who always puts her patients’ interests first. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care to her patients.

Dr. Palagi graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2001. She further advanced her clinical qualifications by completing the prestigious general practice residency at Manhattan VA hospital. Prior to joining the distinguished dental team at Manhattan Prosthetic Dentistry, Dr. Palagi practiced cosmetic and restorative dentistry for 18 years alongside Dr. Steven B. Syrop, a highly regarded expert in the area of facial pain, TMJ disorders and sleep apnea.

As a General Dentist, Dr. Palagi provides a wide variety of treatments, ranging from restorative to cosmetic dentistry, enhancing her patients’ smiles using the latest technology, materials and techniques. Dr. Palagi is also a certified Invisalign provider.
Dr. Palagi regularly participates in continuing education classes to provide her patients with the most advanced care possible. She was an ethics facilitator for 3rd and 4th year dental students at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Palagi is an active member of the American Dental Association, NY State Dental Association, NY County Dental Society and the NY Academy of Dentistry.
Most importantly, Dr. Palagi is a highly professional and caring dentist, who always puts her patients’ interests first. This is especially evident by the patients who make it a point of coming in during visits from different states and countries entrusting her with their dental care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Palagi loves travel, reading and spending time with her family.
